Tom was absolutely insanely helpful! It was my first time mailing internationally and he was very patient with all my questions and pausing to make sure all my information was correct. He even went as far as explaining to me that if I have any issues whatsoever I can always call the store back and he will help with whatever the issue may be. Thank you so much Tom!

This place promotes that they notarize letters but beware they do not. I went in and gentleman working there said his notarized cert had expired. SMH please update website before clients waste their time.

I have been shipping/returning my packages through this UPS store for the past few months and I have been so happy with the service I am receiving. The owner always helps you if there are any issues with your shipment.

Dropped off some items to be returned to Amazon and a minuscule amount of water came out of one of the boxes with a garden hose in it and landed on top of the cardboard. It was such a minuscule amount that it literally dried up within a minute, but the store owner Was extremely rude to me and complained about how the packaging can be ruined by the water. He must’ve been having a bad day because I’ve never been treated so poorly in a long time. UPS corporate will hear about this.
If you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers

How do you work a ups store and don’t know how to operate a printer. This old man can barely see and is ver rude. Please go to the ups at libertyville or Vernon hills to print. He is tired of life !

Needed to return some auto parts that were shipped out of California they quoted me $104.00 the shipping cost shipped to me was only $60 When I asked about it the owner told me that he is a franchise and needs to mark things up. I totally understand that, but I still felt that it was high. We drove over to the Libertyville UPS store and they were $10 cheaper same exact package, not the end of the world but I still feel like he is gouging people won’t be going back. My suggestion is go to the Libertyville UPS Store.

They are not even good for a star! Miserable store and people are working there they must close this store! Rasism I guess is their first name and they definitely don’t know how to do they job! Better find another UPS store if you dont want your package to be lost or if you want to ruin your day!

Poor customer service. The owners son is never polite, not helpful and has a poor attitude. Perfect example of how not to represent a business. I would not recommend this UPS.

DO NOT PAY for a second delivery at any UPS store. The company does not officially guarantee it, and you will not receive a refund. However, I am preparing a case for court. UPS must fulfill its obligations and provide the service, or refund the money.

This is the worst, most messy, UNFRIENDLY ups store I’ve ever encountered. Stick with Third Lake they’re the best!
