We had an absolutely amazing experience!! Meghan is so fantastic, checking in on my sister and I, very attentive!!! During our check out she even asked us if we had any questions on the products we were purchasing, she even gave us some small free samples to test out!!! Personally I enjoy this Ulta much more as it usually has everything I need in stock. Along with also being able to ask for opinions from staff without having to hunt someone down!!

Asked a store manager Meghan if she could help me find a keratin friendly shampoo, waited for 15 minutes , no one helped. Walked out with empty hands . Terrible customer service and bad example for your employees.

Getting expensive. Returns are difficult if it's a gift or you don't have a receipt. Hard to find staff to help you

Staff was very rude and on their phones texting. I browsed for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When trying to checkout and redeem my $11 total in rewards for a $7.99 item, staff told me that I could only use $6 out of the $11, which doesn’t make any sense. The staff made no effort to appease me or find a solution. I left without purchasing anything. Will not be spending my money here or returning to this location again.

Wanted to give 5 stars specifically for BRANDON the makeup specialist at this location! I gave Brandon the daunting task of finding me a dupe for my favorite Stila lipstick that was discontinued and we tried everything - I mean EVERYTHING - all over the store. Brandon was able to not only know exactly where to look, but was able to swatch 100 colors on my hand and still remember which ones were which! I went home with a near-perfect match that I think I like even better than my Stila one!

I didn’t get her name but it was a nice blonde ish girl with glasses and she had a long cardigan on and she helped me pick something out for my skin that actually worked!! Usually any other time I feel like I’m just being “sold “ something random but she took my concerns into consideration , helped me pick something out around my price range and took her time explaining things .

Today a girl gave me awesome service, didn’t catch her name, but she was in a grey sweater and leggings, she had short black straight hair.. I’m not from the area and typically don’t shop at ulta but my experience was 10/10 because of her :-)
