I didn’t get her name but it was a nice blonde ish girl with glasses and she had a long cardigan on and she helped me pick something out for my skin that actually worked!! Usually any other time I feel like I’m just being “sold “ something random but she took my concerns into consideration , helped me pick something out around my price range and took her time explaining things .

Today a girl gave me awesome service, didn’t catch her name, but she was in a grey sweater and leggings, she had short black straight hair.. I’m not from the area and typically don’t shop at ulta but my experience was 10/10 because of her :-)

Took my 16 year old daughter to get her hair cut. We are new to the area and have previously used the Ulta Salon in our last location. The appointment was originally at 2, but we were called earlier in the day to see if we could come in at 2:30, which I had no issues with. When we got there we waited another 30 min to be seen. By the time it was my daughter's turn, she asked for a certain haircut and was told by Drea that it would be no problem. My daughter likes to have her hair straightened, but Drea decided to style it with curls...that should have been my first read flag. When we got home my daughter washed it and styled it the way she normal would. It was choppy and uneven. We will have to get it fixed by another salon.

I went to ulta today and Nikki helped. And boy did she help. She suggest many products with out being pushy. She seemed like she genuanly wanted to help me. She gave me some great advise that i would have never thought of.- Thank you so much Nikki !

Nikki is a great sales person, got me what i needed for someone and ill be coming there more often for her services. she is friendly and kind and that smile of hers brings customers in. I will recommend more of my people to come shop there,.

One of the employees was very helpful, I believe her name was Daniela. She was so sweet and attentive. Also very clean and well stocked. Much better than VH location, which I’m never going back to!

The place itself is very nice and everything is well put. The only thing is the workers. When we entered the store my boyfriend and I started looking at the lipglosses. He then saw that the Blonde woman who was standing by the front doors had signaled to one of the other workers ( a girl with Black hair ) to "go and check on us". And then we noticed that she was looking at us to make sure we didn't do anything. Really disappointed with how they still hire people like that. And by the looks of this store not a lot of people like the customer service that this woman gives. It sucks that they can't change workers

I had an issue returning a product from the McHenry store. One of the sales associates named Fatima helped me out at the Mundelein store with this return she was very kind patient and understanding which is greatly appreciated especially these days thank you so much for all your help and your help Fatima

I love this store, it’s so close to home. Jenny at the Benefit brow bar works magic on my brows. I always feel refreshed and excited to show off my clean look. You won’t be disappointed.
