If you have the unfortunate need for a collision center, Sudden Impact is the place to go! They were very thorough with the process and the communication was outstanding. They worked closely with my insurance agency and made the entire ordeal painless. The car was beautifully detailed before handing it back over to me. 6 out of 5 stars!

The absolute best!! They are so good at what they do!! Fixed my door on my truck! Detailing was amazing!!! I highly recommend you bring your car here to have them fix it!! They also repaired my husband’s car. It’s like brand new!!!

I was there a few months ago, and it was fantastic! My car had gotten a minor scratch, and they fixed it up right away. I don’t think I was there longer than 20 minutes. The lady also told me not to worry about payment, which I think was extremely kind. The scratch wasn’t terrible, but they still did me a service. If anything happens to my car again, I’m 100% coming back here!!

My wife’s car was rear ended. Right before our vacation. Staff went above and beyond work w /insurance ( Allstate) . Took photos, reported back all the hidden damages. Work extra late to close out completing car before a weekend. Top notch staff. If needed, hopefully not, would definitely return. Thanks

Our Jeep Compass had some back end damage to three parts of the car. I went in for a estimate and it went so easy! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable . The repairs took less than a week. The car looks like there was never any damage! Amazing! They also detailed inside and outside of the car for me which was such a pleasant surprise. Absolutely rancid experience. We brought the car in after an accident because it was on our insurance list of approved body shops and at first, it was great. The lady up at the front ALWAYS gave us good customer service so this isn't about her. When we got the car back, the horn and alarm didn't work and the bluetooth was acting wonky. We brought the car back in and ****, accused us of lying to him to get a free service out of him. I've had plenty of people ride in the car with me, who are witnesses to the alarm and bluetooth working perfectly fine. I've driven the car for more than 4 hours in one day and those issues were never an issue before hand. We had a previous mechanic work on our car 2 weeks prior to the accident and the alarm worked fine then. When the tow guy picked up our car, the alarm went off so yes our alarm and horn worked beforehand. So we don't appreciate getting called liars and insinuating we are too poor to afford a service when we paid for the service + new rims IN CASH, unlike most of the customers. So yes, we do have enough money to pay for a service but only a service that's worth it. Besides being given the worst customer service I've ever experienced, **** kept mansplaining everything to me. This all felt racially targeted as the only other person in these reviews to have a bad experience is an Indian man, another person of color. Interestingly enough, **** has shared peculiar things on his ******** page that point to him being racist. So this all makes sense now. General *** ring a bell? Or what about sharing how the government is the problem when ***** was president. Overall a horrible experience and we will never take our car here ever again (you won't have to service Mexicans anymore don't worry!) and I will be telling everyone I know that this is a horrible shop to go to.

Great experience. Car was completed in less time than expected. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The car looks great. They even detailed it. The classy touch was the thank you card left on the dash.

Great experience here. They worked with the other parties insurance the whole time. Parts took forever to come in, but that is no fault of theirs, just more to their credit for communicating with us the whole time. Car looks brand new.
