RCA has been great! They were knowledgeable, helpful and helped me resolve a shipping issue that I accidentally caused to happen. And as far as my Weapon R Secret Weapon intake goes, I’m loving it, it added some more throttle response to my 2002 Acura CL type S. It feels like it’s quicker to rev up and get into its power band sooner. It also seems to pull better in the mid range and top end. VTEC is more audible now too, but it’s not obnoxious, it’s more of a pleasant sporting tone. I definitely recommend. Part #301-122-101.

No issue with their quality of work, but this shop definitely needs to improve their scheduling methods and customer service skills. I had an appointment for 12:30pm to get my car serviced(2 hr work estimate). Upon arrival I found out that the entire staff goes to lunch at 1pm everyday. Meaning that my car would be sitting at the shop from 1-2pm without getting serviced by anyone. Shop employee told me that instead of my car being done at 2:30 as confirmed prior, it will now be ready at 4-4:30. Not sure how or why they ever expected a customer to be okay with sitting in the waiting area while the entire staff is off to lunch. Decided to leave instead of wasting my time at this shop. Shop scheduler should have never made my service appointment during the lunch hour. Thankfully, I found another shop that works on Teslas that's closer to Chicago and has a lower hourly rate.

Came to RCA to install an aftermarket differential and diagnose engine issues. They helped install the parts and get my car running well again!Would highly recommend the team at RCA, they were very nice and knowledgeable in all things racing related. They were able to work with me to help select parts for my racing application. Truly was a race consulting experience!

Picked up my wifes mustang today from Race Consulting Agency this is the 3rd car I've brought to them an never anything but good things to say. Both cars went in with drivability issues and both left with some new suspension components and ksport coil overs and fresh alignments and left driving better then brand new. We live 80 miles southwest of them. Good work is always worth driving the extra mile for highly recommend them for any automotive needs ?

Great customer service. They do not answer the phone but they do respond to emails. The handled a problem I created when I enter an incorrect part number quickly and got the part to me in 4 days.

We are loving our new UP Luxury Coilovers on our 2021 Model Y! The improvement is noticeable at level 8, the car handles bumps much more smoothly, and the handling seems to have improved as well.These guys at RCA were outstanding to work with. They have parts in stock and they do many of these installs on a regular basis so I would highly recommend them if you are in the area.We unfortunately didn't check first and ordered our coilovers from Unplugged Performance directly and had to wait 6 months to get them. I wish I would have gone directly to RCA in the first place as they were able to get me right in and the work was done within a couple days.No pains whatsoever, and they even handled an issue we had with incorrect parts received from UP by working directly with the manufacturer. We didn't have to do a thing and they used parts they had in stock so that the turnaround wasn't delayed.Thanks again so much to Adam and team - keep up the great work! It was an absolute dream working with you and we will keep you in mind for all future work we get done on our cars.

I worked with Andrew Jeon from RCA and he was absolutely amazing to work with. All my questions were answered regarding coilover valving, best spring rates and what's best for my car and use case. After the purchase was made Andrew kept in touch and checked up on the manufacturer shipping dates and how the product arrived. Overall a great person to deal wiith.
