We had an excellent experience at Prestige today. We had an interior detail done on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it far exceeded our expectations. It looks better than brand new and the customer service was next level. My only regret is not getting the first name of the young man who did the work so that I could give him a shout out here - he really went above and beyond for us and he was so friendly and fun to talk to. Highly recommend!

I was testing this place out as I’m looking for a detailer for my new vehicle. Looking for paint correction and ceramic coating service. So came by for a car wash to check it out.
Did an OK job on a car wash, however I paid for the gold package which includes undercarriage washing, and when I looked the underbody wasn’t even wet so it didn’t appear that was done.
Also when I got home I noticed there was still some significant dirt/debris on the bottom outside of the doors/quarter panels, as well as the steps on the truck. Perhaps it’s because there was maybe one light on in the wash bay area, making it hard for the guys to see what they were doing. Not a great sign. Or maybe it was from splashing due to lack of drainage in the wash area.
I guess for $50+ including tip for a wash maybe I was expecting a higher standard but an automated car wash honestly would have gotten my car cleaner for half the price, swirl marks aside.
Also noticed they do offer a discount on your next service for giving a positive review, that may be why there’s so many 5 star reviews here…

Been going to Prestige for years. The professional work done by this location is excellent and never seems to disappoint. I have never had any issues with the quality of work that has been done. Only negative is that customers have depleted the stock of water for others. A coffee machine or at least some vending options would be nice while waiting for your service to be completed.

Came in to get the salt off my car and they made it look as if it just came off the show room floor! Fantastic work! Took the time to really clean the car! I will be back! Job well done!

So today I had my car washed I always take my cars to be washed here because it’s close by and I thought I built a relationship with them but today one of the workers told me not to bring any of my cars in because they are really dirty at times and I’m not detailing them they don’t have time for me and said they are hooptys his words and said he talk to the owner and if I’m not getting them detailed only bring cars that’s not really dirty
So I thought a car wash is for dirty cars well apparently to wash your cars there they must be cleaned
I paid for a in and out wash
In my van it wasn’t even vacuumed in the rear never again will I go there or spend my cash again
Going to give my business to Delta sonics, I will not support them ever again you would think a small business would appreciate business but apparently my cars was not good enough for them
So to everyone who reads this, I really would not go there

Took my car here. They did a very professional job. They even took the time to go over some extra details about my vehicle that they didn’t have to for free. Also gave me a free estimate on ceramic coat and the PPF I will take my car back there no questions asked .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If they setup an appointment and give you an estimate, don’t believe it! When you get there, they will tell you the material is out of stock and you need to pay double triple of the price to get it done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! You won’t trust those people to do anything to your loved car. DON’T GET RIPPED OFF BY THEM!

This place used to be awesome! My whole family used to bring our cars in every two weeks and get amazing washes for a great price. Every single employee was like a good friend. They truly knew us and our cars. They CARED about our cars. Since new management has taken over, everything went down hill. I wanted to love this place after it was sold but I just couldn't. The owner and all of the staff left. The atmosphere of this place is cold and unfriendly.The couple of washes I had since the management change were terrible. Dust and streaks left over, the back window was not even touched. Somehow they washed the whole outside but the window was nasty and dirty. One time they "forgot" to put my weather techs back in the back row of my car. I realized they were missing when I went to put groceries in the back seat after I had left. I immediately called and they said "they forgot". I've never before thought of checking to make sure my weather techs were put back but now I always do. (Could've been a total accident but the whole thing just felt off). I stopped coming here but occasionally will drive by just to see if maybe they've improved. It's very much hit and miss here.The past few times I've tried to come in, they're closed. The hours posted on the website say they're open but they're not. I've tried calling, no one ever answers the call. Today was the final straw. I arrived at 2:05pm just to see the closed sign on their door. My mom has come here on a random weekday, same thing. Don't waste your time coming here. You most likely won't even be able to get in. Don't bother calling, they won't answer either!

I’m not exactly sure how they obtained my email address, but nevertheless. This is one of the best hand car washes I’ve visited in several years. They are not conveniently located by me, but I keep going back because of the job they do. The staff is always very friendly and they have always gotten me in & out without a long wait.
