I literally bypass two post offices that are closer to my home to come to this location only because I know Laura will provide the absolute best help and service.”

Some days there is a wait only because the Federal PO will not let passports be scheduled all on the same day, those are what holds up time. “Ok look, All post offices are understaffed so that's the USPS for you. They all have only one person at the desk so do as much as you can ahead of time!! I think Teri is great! Just do your home work and come prepared and you will be in and out. People come unprepared and expect the staff to do everything for them. That may have worked in the past but THOSE DAYS ARE GONE! Go to Lake Zurich PO and wait 30 min and have them lose your package TOO!!”

“I think Mundelein post office is great. I live in Grayslake, but it is worth it for me to drive to Mundelein because I know the packages will be sent out timely and the staff is very nice. They have excellent hours on the Saturday when mail is still sent out at 4:30 pm.”
