I purchased Real Chewz Pork Femur bone from Amazon. Within a minute it was in pieces after my dog touched it. This could have hurt my dog if I wasn't sitting next to her. This is a dangerous product!

Awesome place! Arrived at 10.30 pm with appointment at 8 am next day. Woke me up at 4 am, unloaded in 30 min, let me stay overnight at the same spot. Super kind man. Thanks!!! As in this area no place around to go in the middle of the night.

I had ordered a beefhide retriever sticks through Amazon several times. This last time that I ordered them we opened the package up and the smell was horrendous. I found out they are non returnable so I sent an email to Pet Factory of my dissatisfaction of the product and have gotten no response. It is disheartening to see that a company can allow a substandard product to be delivered and then not stand behind the product. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. The retriever sticks were over $28.00 and that is a hard to just let go. So unhappy about the customer service.

Great Place to pick up a load. We come here often to pick up loads and I love coming here. Mexican guys here don’t mess around. They get you in and out super fast. Great place and great people!

Pet Factory has legendary customer service! My dog is obsessed with the Logic Pet Dumbbell Toy. Matilda is a destructive 2 year old voracious chewer Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. When I couldn’t find anymore to buy anywhere, I emailed Pet Factory and they were able to add the dumbbell to their store. I made my order and their very friendly representative even added special surprises in the box and shipped quickly. Thanks so much Pet Factory for both awesome products and awesome customer service.

People are nice there but the smell in the warehouse is not healthy. A strong ammonia smell. Extremely strong.
