Ordered 2 shakes. Both were good for what they were. They use water and flavored herblife protein powders and blend until thick and frothy. Would definitely get a smoothie next time as they use real fruit in those. They also have protein crepes and waffles with really fruit. They have protein bars for sale as well.

I just stopped by today to see what it was about and tried a morning booster and I LOVED IT, Has 15g of protein and gave me energy. Ask for the protein cookies they're dairy free which is great because I'm lactose intolerant. Will definitely be coming back, great service ceci was very patient!
