Best car shop I have ever used. Just got the front right axle replaced on a 2011 minivan and they were perfect. Knowledgeable and honest in how they spoke to me. They ordered the part and got it the next day and got the work done in only a few hours. Incredible service and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Luis is the best. Highly knowledgeable, very courteous and their prices are highly competitive. I took my Honda Pilot to them for a piston ring job and of course the engine had to be taken apart, which I acknowledged should have been done. Motus did a superb job and now the engine is as good as new. Very happy! Thanks Luis and Mary.

Luis and his team did a very good job with fixing our old truck he was the one that told us to do a trade in and boy! was he right. I spent so much money on my old truck ? and it was causing me to stress out but because Luis I have a new truck and I'm very happy ?

I came in for a Pre-Purchase Inspection for a car I was looking to buy. Not only were they able to get me in day-of, they were efficient and thorough. After they completed the PPI, the owner (I believe) himself explained everything in the report, line-by-line, and gave me what I would easily call the most thorough and profesional experience I've had at an auto repair shop. I could not recommend these guys enough!

I had a very good experience. Luis is very personable. I brought in my Honda Odyssey for some 90 K regular maintenance. I called their number and left an initial voicemail. He texted me back and I let him know what I needed He confirmed the scheduling with me directly over text message. he quoted me the price upfront, which was reasonable and he and his technicians had the car ready for me on time as promised. He walked me through exactly what he did and showed me the parts. He even explained the slight nuances in the oil for my specific model After I drove off I found there was an issue with the sliding doors that wasn’t there before. I called him back right away and he told me to bring it back. He was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with it and had it fixed. Texted me when it was done. Just got the car back and it works exactly the way we I expected. And he didn’t charge me anymore. Highly recommend.

Louis provides the best guest service I’ve encountered in a long time! The team assessed my car and Louis called me to tell me what is wrong, in order of importance. Louis and the team at Motus Auto were outstanding. I selected them for a complex engine rebuild on a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI based on recommendation from a local seasoned engine machinist. The customer service was outstanding and they managed the project with respect. They were upfront about not being able to get to the project for 3-4 weeks due to other customers, which I appreciated. After the project was complete there was a lingering issue which Motus Auto continued to troubleshoot until it was resolved.

Wish I could give this place a 0/5. Issue of the matter was explained throughly. However, the thing about mechanics, it’s always a hustle for them to get as much money out of you as they can. it’s ridiculous paying a little over 400 dollars for a repair that took an hour nothing over an hour, for a much older car that still broke down after driving off the lot.
Owners may do their best at their job especially for their reputation and service but, fail to take accountability for their own faults when it comes to customers like me.

Absolutely love this place! Louis and Mary are the kindest people I’ve ever met in the auto repair field. Their staff is professional, reasonable, and honest! Above all their customer service and fair pricing won me over. As long as I have a vehicle to drive I will take it to Motus. Highly recommend!They have serviced my Honda Del Sol with Transmission replacement, Clutch kit replacement, Clutch master cylinder, Full suspension replacement front and back, Installed my exhaust, Alternator, and Motor Mounts. Everything was done flawlessly.

Luis, the owner of Motus, was the most mild-mannered individual I’ve encountered in any retail environment, automotive or otherwise. He seemed genuinely interested in servicing my vehicle and the quote he gave me - and actually billed me after repairs were complete - was about $200 less than a shop I price-compared down the street.He explained everything he needed to do, and I learned more about my vehicle thanks to him.He keyed me into items that I may need to do in the future to maintain my vehicle, but he was very honest about the danger (or lack thereof) for each item.The fact that Motus is located a mile or so down the street is a plus. I would travel far to have my car serviced by Luis and his team if the situation presents itself in the future.
