“I finally chose to upgrade phones on one of my lines, and decided to try our neighborhood MetroPCS. From the moment we walked in, we were kindly greeted by Fabiola even though she was a bit busy. We looked around and decided to go with the IPhone. As soon as she was free she approached us and asked us what we were in for and if we had any questions. She never pressured us and explained everything so patiently. The process was quick and we were out in under 35 minutes. Fabiola truly made us feel welcomed and not pressured whatsoever.
