I cannot say enough words to express how happy I am with Meadows Family Dentistry. This dentistry treats their patients kindly and is very accommodating for people who might feel nervous about their visit to a dentist. Everyone there was very comforting and did an amazing job. Dr. Harini is amazing and her team. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dental experience.

I took my 8 year old and 3 year old for their dental checkup. Dr. Harini and the staffs were very gentle and friendly.

We're new to the burbs and I'm pregnant; I was looking for a dentist because my filling chipped and I was in pain. I select my providers by reviews and was happy to find a dentist close by with 5 stars. I had a deeply disappointing experience at Meadows Family Dentistry and for others who are like me, I hope detailing this helps you.Prior to coming for my appointment, I told the office I was 30 weeks pregnant and why I needed to come in. The front office staff didn't inform me that bc I was pregnant, I'd need a medical clearance form to get xrays to be treated, so when I came in, all they could do was the cleaning.During the cleaning, the dental assistant kept jamming the floss in between my teeth and each time I flinched from pain. While she apologized, I felt she needed more training. I left without getting the treatment I desperately needed, feeling more sore and painful than when I went in, and like my time was wasted.At this point, I should've found myself a different dentist but instead, I sent over the medical clearance form and scheduled a second appointment.At the follow up, the same dental assistant went over my treatment plan for the day. She said I *didn't* need xrays and they would address the 3 cavities. This threw me off completely because:1. I was told I needed xrays to be treated, hence why I had to send my medical clearance form and why they couldn't treat me the first time2. I wasn't informed I had 3 new cavities to do the filling. I just wanted to fix the filling that was chippedWhen I spoke with the dentist, I told her about my confusion. As an anxious patient who was nervous to get xrays during pregnancy, I told her I was more uneasy that her staff didn't know the work to be done. She stood over my head with hands folded, she was unkind and abrasive actually. At first, she flat-out denied any confusion, and then she said she knew the treatment plan even if the assistant didn't.She showed no empathy, was not apologetic for the confusion, lacked any accountability - she was literally gaslighting a pregnant and nervous patient. And when I asked her if she regularly treated pregnant patients, she impatiently dismissed my question. So I refused treatment.I walked out still in pain and additionally flustered and angry as a woman and as an Indian person to have received such poor quality of care from an Indian female dentist who herself is a mother.In STARK CONTRAST, I went to ONE DENTISTRY, to a male dentist who not only was competent and efficient - he fixed my filling in 15 mins but he and his staff showed empathy by patiently explaining the process, what they needed to do and why. He was not offended when I asked if he had much experience with pregnant patients.As happy as I am to finally have my pain resolved, it made me feel even more disappointed and angry that I didn't get the same quality of care from an Indian female dentist - it makes me sad to write this review. Would give Meadows Family Dentistry 0 stars if I could.

Meadows Family Dentistry is very clean and looks beautiful inside!! The staff is super nice and very welcoming! They are also amazing with kids my 2 year had to fear at all !! Dr. Harini is awesome she takes her times and explains everything!! Would definitely recommend this office!!

I had an amazing experience at Meadows Family Dentistry. The doctor was fantastic and made my visit very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dental experience!

I just took my VERY opinionated and strong-willed 3 year old for her first dentist’s appointment. Her hygienist Kat was absolutely incredible. She was personable and fun and made quick friends with my daughter so when it came time for the cleaning she was comfortable and cooperative. The dentist was sweet and gentle. I am so happy that my kid is now a very big fan of the “denstists.”

Very nice staff, facility looks great, very well kept and clean. Dentist & Dental Assistants are very nice and gentle when conducting cleaning. I'm happy that I switched over to this place. :)

I have the worst dentist anxiety (bad teeth genes and not going enough as a kid) but the dentists here always make me feel at ease! Best dentistry ever. Everyone is so kind and care about the state of my teeth more than any other place. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I could not speak more highly of them!!!

I definitely recommend Meadows Family Dentistry, I am very happy that I switched to this clinic, and that my children and I are taking care of our smile with Dr. Harini, if I could give her 10 stars I would, I am very grateful for the work she did for me I thought I had no other solution other than removing a tooth, but she gave me hope, I don't know how much longer but it depends on the care I give to my teeth, she is super kind and very professional, she listens to you and gives you the best options, you decide what is best for you, do not hesitate, you are in the best hands, since not everyone cares about your income, just your money, the secretaries Andrea, Brenda, and all of them receive you very kindly which makes you feel comfortable Very grateful to them too, they give you appointments super fast, the clinic is very clean, the parking is huge, what more could we ask for.

It's one of the best dentists I've been. I finally found a dentist where the doctor takes time to explain the procedure. Incredible staff, as soon as you enter, you are greeted and very professional too. Office is clean and organized, everyone knows what they're doing.

Dr. Harini and Staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Harini was so patient on explaining the procedures to each of our family members which we are grateful. Each visit was a great experience and we’re looking for forward on continuing care with Dr. Harini. Best Dentistry in Mundelein and very organized.

Dr. Harini and Staff are very welcoming and skilled. I have already visited them Multiple times for various dental services , and I am glad I moved to Meadows Family Dentistry.My son liked it and wants to continue with Dr. Harini. It’s definitely our family dentistry.
