Eric H was great. He asked good questions to better understand what I was looking for. He made a couple of suggestions for me to choose from, he was great. When it came time to pay for the mattress I purchased the card processor was working. Eric tried to reset it a couple times but it just wouldn’t work. Eric finally was able to send a text for me to pay online and that worked perfectly. Eric is such a good person, perhaps Mattress Firm might want to spend a little more on infrastructure to provide the best tools to their employees so they can provide a top notch service.

This was a great place to buy a mattress. I am moving out-of-state and came in to try a few mattresses before deciding which one I would have delivered to my new home. Eric was so helpful in walking me through the different options that fit my needs, and he helped me get a great deal. I was super impressed with how much Mattress Firm teaches their employees on sleep! The process was very straight-forward, and I'm happy with my purchase and my experience.
