Jewel-Osco in Mundelein is an excellent place to shop for groceries. The store is always clean, and they have a great variety of fresh produce, bakery items, and household essentials. The staff is consistently friendly and eager to help, making each visit pleasant. Their selection of organic and specialty items is impressive, and the deli offers great options for quick meals. The checkout process is efficient, and the location is convenient with ample parking. Overall, it's a reliable store for all your shopping needs

Been standing at the meat department deli for 5 mins trying to order and the guy is not acknowledging me what so ever. He knows I’m here and he’s doing everything he can to avoid interaction. Poor service (guy with mustache Saturday morning)

Best location. My pick up orders are always ready early, accurate and the customer service is always good. Had an issue with the other location (which is closer to my house) and this location fixed the issue with no problem.

As I was paying I was using my JustforU app and my discount wasn’t coming out. So I went to costumer service and this lady named Nancy.M. ( she has been working there for 24 yrs) Was helping me out and she started screaming at me because I was having problems with my phone number at the checkout but She was saying that she wanted to quit and this other things. In that case just tell your manager to fired you. But anyway she gotta be more polite with costumer. It wasn’t my problem that she was in a bad mood.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT every time you shop to make sure you are getting the Just4U discount. Since we moved to Mundelein (store is on Maple) one year ago we have almost a weekly occurrence of the store not applying the Just4U discount on several items. We have to go back just about every time we shop for a refund which the store graciously refunds. For instance, we have had over $20 refunded for one shopping trip. Customer Support gave a royal run around and proved to be useless.
I am going to shop at Mariano's, maybe they wont jerk us around!

Mike I believe to be a manager in produce speaks disrespectfully to Jose about his job performance in front of several customers. I hope something is done about this as it’s disgusting and absolutely no way to treat people.

Definitely the best Jewel in Mundelein. Produce and deli items are always fresh, the cooler with cold drinks makes it all the better. Very simple layout of the store, everything is easy to find. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Everything is super clean here. The variety of products is amazing as well.I strongly suggest downloading the app and keeping track of your points, the deals you find on the app are amazing. Highly recommend.
