So i was in the self check out this morning, i was using my united healthcare card. I couldnt buy the meat with my card. But i dont undestand why because it is a healthy food choice i could buy with the card. The lady helping me had a very bad attitude. Then another lady came to help and i asked her if she could just enter it in as meat she said no so i said okay can you just take it off. So she did. Then i come back and she still had a bad attitude cause shes telling me my card isnt working and the register froze and still told me to scan when clearly its saying please wait processing. Then she says ring it up at another register and handed the bag to me very rudely. I started to suggest something to her and she walks away waving her hands. Then i politely told her she has a bad attitude that maybe she needs to fix that. As a person who has worked in retail for over 20 yrs i know it can be hard to deal with customers, but there is no reason to be rude. If the job is to much to handle maybe its time to find a job you can handle. But i kept it very nice with her even with her being very rude. Idk why she was so rude if it was because i have many tats and thought negatively because of that. But either way i felt very disrespected by her.

Terrible customer service. I had one item so went to self check out, the sale price listed on the shelf wasn’t ringing up so I asked the women for help. First, she grabbed my phone to start looking at my app for the sale price, I told her the price is on the shelf, she said she couldn’t leave her post to go to customer service. Then the customer service grabbed my phone as well and started looking, I told her the same thing it’s priced on the shelf and I was ignored. After five minutes of you touching the screen on my phone I said forget it and left without the item. I’m sorry I don’t like all your workers hands all over my phone, I don’t know where their hands have been. It’s disgusting and secondly, they shouldn’t just grab a phone out of a customers hand. It would’ve taken them two seconds to walk down the aisle to find the sale price. Too many options out there. Never again!

The young cashier girl in the express lane today was so rude. Really, kindness doesn’t work on everyone. If she hates her job so much, get a new one. Don’t take your misery out on me.

Purchased milk from this store that had a sell by date 3 months prior. The customer service doesn’t give a damn on this concern. Please be cautious before buying products from this store.

Not the first time this place sells under cooked rotisserie chicken, my father and I have made several complaints to the meat department, which got us nowhere, this is unbelievable do they know people can get salmonella from this and is also deadly? I have pictures of this to prove what we're saying. Who can I speak to in regards of this issue that will actually take this matter seriously!!!

Placed an online order and when I got home half of it was missing. Not good for working mothers who don't have time to go back and forth to get missing groceries.

I was shopping with my children 2 nights ago here. In every SINGLE aisle we went in, which was about every single aisle, they would call an employee over the intercom to clean up a so called spill that WASN'T there. It was so uncomfortable and very annoying. To make matters worse, I rightfully chose to scan my items myself at the self checkout and scanned about 5 items before being told to use the register instead and that it would be best because I wouldn't be able to get any discounts in the self checkout. But when I questioned that,she suddenly changed her comments to "Well you will be able to, but it'll be too much of a hassle so that I should just go to her register cause it's easier." I have NEVER. Total ?. I'd always seen my discounts and savings at any store's self checkout including Jewel Osco stores. It's printed on the receipt. If you're black, stay away from there unless you want a VERY unpleasant experience. And, yes, it is almost ALWAYS a race thing whether you think it or not. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I’m finally fed up with the old man at the meat section. My parents and I have both have had multiple terrible experiences with him. He’s racist and is reluctant to serve anyone except who he likes. There was a lady in front of me and to them he asks them about their day and to us he’ll just stare until we say something. My mom also commented the other day she wanted salmon and he told her to get some of the prepackaged one. Not sure how he still works there. I only come here if I have to. Garden fresh is my go to from now on.
