Save your money, don't be lazy, and do your own taxes. They literally walk you through the same questions the program does except it's 8x more than eBay would charge for the software . Friendly personnel, but a smile only has so much of a markup value.

Will never use H&R again after my experience with Wendy Foley. She never filed my state and messed up my federal and now it's being withheld from the IRS. Spent hours and hours and hours on the phone with H&R and IRS and have gotten no help within the last three months. If you want your taxes done right and your money in a timely manner...I suggest you find another company.

Was charged $383 to have my taxes filed never have I ever payed that much to file my taxes in the past 8 years. when I questioned why I was being charged so much my tax lady immediately gave me a $50 coupon. I found that very suspicious if you ask me there pocketing money from hard working Americans that pay enough taxes as it is don’t waste your time with these con artists. File your own taxes

I had the worst tax experience of my life with Marti. I will never come back to H & R block. She initially did not enter my mileage so we had to do an amendment. She said she would call me back when it was done. She did not. So I called days before 4/18 and she said that the only time she had available was on Easter at noon and that it should only take 5 min to sign the amendment. She told me contradicting information throughout our appointment that made me concerned about her competency. She wasted 40 min of my time because she was not prepared and kept confusing me with another client. She was immensely rude the entire time which was uncalled for. She said it would be easier to have them do my amendment next year at tax time. So that’s what was decided. However, I will never return here. All that needed to be done was add mileage. Something that has been added to my taxes since 2014. This is not difficult to do.I truly cannot believe I paid for this terrible service. What an absolute waste.

Marti was very impatient and rude to my wife and I. After waiting 30 minutes in the office for our scheduled appointment we decided to get our stuff and leave. Nothing was done for us even though our tax information was dropped off with them two weeks ago. We felt forced to come to the appointment but ended up waiting way too long. She didn’t even bother to come out of her cubicle and greet us or apologize for the huge delay.

Went in to get taxes(corporate taxes) done for my small business, they gave me a run around for 4 MONTHS! By that time it was late. Then they tell me they dont do corporate taxes...AFTER 4 MONTHS! Now i have $870 fine from the IRS. They never called back, unresponsive. They dont know what they're doing.
