This place is a disgrace. The worse costumer service. I ordered a Bouquet on the website for deer friend of mine that was going through a tough time. It was a surprise. They ended up calling asking her about flower replacements. Instead of contacting me about it they had my email address. They ruined the surprise. They didn’t have the sone flowers they said and wanted to do some replacements. They delivered completely different bouquet with completely different flowers than what I ordered. Every flower was switched Including the vase.They send a jar instead of the vase!!!
The Bouquet was completely not what I ordered and I paid almost $100. When I called, they were very rude and somehow made it my fault. When my friend called and tried to refund the money A lady said hang up on her and someone hung up the phone. So unprofessional. I will never order from there again very bad customer service. I don’t think they have any flowers they advertise
I own my own business and I would never treat my costumers that way. You will not get the bouquet you pay for or your money back! SKIP!!!

Stopped in for an anniversary bouquet and was promptly given some excellent fresh cut choices at a reasonable price. Very friendly service along with advice on care.

Screw Flowerama. Will no longer shop there. Showed up at 4:50 on a Monday and they already were locked up and closed despite 5:00 posted close. Showed up at 3:30 the next day Tuesday and they already closed up.

Overprice flowers and people don’t know how to drive they cut off people in traffic and blow red lights just very unprofessional would not shop there and also why would you support a store like that that’s over priced I don’t know

We needed flowers for a memorial recently, and Flowerama was amazing. There was a supply issue with a certain color, but the shop called and worked with me to adjust the bouquet. They were so generous, and so responsive, and the resulting arrangement was stunning. HIGHLY recommended!

One of the employees mistreated my mom because she speak Spanish and refuse delivery service for the same reason. Do not support racist business
