Customer service at this branch is extraordinary! The branch manager, Greg, is at the top of his game and his team is second-to none. There are many First Midwest Bank locations to choose from...do yourself a favor and just use the Allanson Rd branch. You will NOT be disappointed!

I can not recommend this bank enough. I made a major mistake with my account and Greg Bek personally called me to make sure everything worked out. This is a huge advantage over using an anonymous online bank and the reason why I will be a loyal First Midwest customer for life. I am so appreciative of the genuine customer service and high quality work of this branch under Greg’a management.

First Midwest Bank Allanson Road branch in Mundelein has been in the town for more than twenty years now and has been apart of my family for as long as well as part of my family business to First Midwest Bank is a huge part of our town that offers there customers a lot of great services and products.
