I visited Colonial auto repair for the first time to have 4 new tires mounted and balanced on new rims! The work was done in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and the overall service experience was professional and friendly! I highly recommend Colonial Auto Repair!

Had tires mounted at this place on Nov 22nd, today (Feb 8th) got a flat. While trying to remove the wheel, found out that the wheel lug nuts were so tight, 2 of them broke off while removing. Now I have to recheck the other wheels and torque them properly. Please, invest in a torque wrench and provide some training to your mechanics.

I have to update my review to a more positive one after visiting the shop and having a discussion with the owner. He was really nice and polite, was sorry for the inconvenience the broken wheels studs has caused, refunded me the amount spent on the replacement parts.

I have used Colonial Tire for years and will continue to do so. Work is done promptly and always at a price that’s consistently lower than other shops. Very friendly folks as well!

They put the wrong oil in my car (who does that?) and installed the wrong fan blower motor in my husband's truck. After over 30 years of using Colonial Tire (while under prior ownership) we will never use their services again.

Colonial has been our go-to auto shop for years. Their team is honest, thorough, and prompt. They're up front on what they can and can't fix, and stay true to their quotes.
They recently came under new management and their focus on the customer has only gotten better. Miguel and Bruce are both a pleasure to work with and will always take the time to greet you, explain the work that needs to be done, and treat you right even after the sale is done.
I can't say enough good things about this shop. We never like when our cars need work, but we always know we'll get great service at Colonial.
