Felipe and Billy have provided me with such great customer service for my small business. Also, Jennica who is one of the tellers is so nice. Great people who have provided amazing and fast service.(Definitely need to make an appointment when you’re meeting with the bankers because that will make the process faster if you have a financial inquiry that will take time because they are a busy Chase that is always helping clients.)

I have had my account for 15 years. And in recent months I have had problems with the ATMs. They are despots and rude, especially Maria Gutierrez. and the manager with the last name Herrera. They never have coins. I deposit every 2 months and I only ask for 5 rolls of coins. They never have them and Miss Maria tells me to go to another bank. I feel discriminated against all the time. All the time. Because I have to go to another bank. If here I have measurements, let me know. Explain it to me. In another Chase they always serve better. And she tells me, well, go ahead. governess.

ALERT! BE AWARE. I just used the middle ATM machine and the machine took my transaction and it didn't deposit the amount in my account. The system didn't alert me that it was not working. The machine suddently shut down and the check is stuck inside the machine. I called customer service and they told me the audit team can check tomorrow and they advised me to stop at the bank first thing early in the morning. I was about to call the police and the TV news channel seeing that there are so many scams, and lately Chase bank has been on the news several times.

RIDICULOUS FEES FOR SIMPLE THINGS LIKE CASHING A CHECK DRAWN ON ITS OWN BANK. Very rude help. NEVER AGAIN! And now I know why friends have left this bank.

Scheduled an appointment online. Requested to contact me before appointment. No contact, no confirmation of appointment. Never pick up a phone. Had to call another branch to do my business.

I deposit the check with my debit card. Later, I found that the man at the counter had entered the wrong account number, so that my account did not receive the money. I had to make another run for him to correct it.

Good people working there but they have no authority. Me and few people I know had their accounts suddenly closed for no reason. Local branch says they don't know as corporate decides to close some accounts for some reasons they don't know. Go to local bank best

The ATMs at this location are constantly out of order. There are 2 outside and 1 in the lobby, and I can almost guarantee at least 2 of them are out at any given time. Just went there now and all ATMs are not working. Terrible.
