Worst gas station ever the lady working thought we were going to drive off without paying my husband tried to explain and she starts yelling what kind of customer service is that she approved the transaction so my husband thought the card had gone through usually you can’t pump unless you pay first she comes out like a crazy lady he went inside she proceeded to yell when he apologized you need to train your people especially the lady with the blonde hair with color streaks

Warning! This is a minor issue and any chagrin herein expressed is based solely on principle. The paltry amount of money involved hardly makes this worth scribing for any other reason. I stopped at this station to purchase gas on February 10, 2021. While doing so, I was asked whether I also wanted a car wash, the procurement of which would cause my per gallon gas price to reduce by, I believe, $.20 a gallon. Indeed I opted for the wash, to which I ambled after filling my tank, only to find that the entrance was blocked by two orange cones indicating that the drive through facility was closed. I drove back to the station and alerted the cashier that the car wash facility was was closed, despite the fact that the pump from which I procured gasoline queried my desire to use/pay for/it just minutes prior. Said cashier matter-of-factly affirmed his awareness. "It will be open tomorrow", he proclaimed. Great. I may win the lottery tomorrow, meet and have carnal knowledge of Veronica Rodriguez tomorrow or find a cure for tetrology of Fallot tomorrow as well. I'm there TODAY, wishing to use the service for which I paid a whopping $7.00. Thinking the better than to ask for a refund, I told the serene and somwhat lugubrious young man that I would come back another day, given the deadline of March 7 to use the facility. This evening I happened to be in the area again and again tried using the car wash, only (again) to see the ubiquitious cones blocking the entrance. Upon entering the lobby I encountered the same cashier and reported the same issue, that being a lack of access to the car wash for which I paid $7.00 three days prior. I informed the gentleman that I wanted a refund and he told me that it would not be possible, whereupon I insisted that he make it "possible". Why, I asked, would I pay for something that, despire promising not once but twice yet unable to deliver, I would not be able to use before the stipulated deadline? I reminded the cashier that the gas pump from which petrol ejaculated into my tank offered the elusive car wash without any indication of delay or deferral. This prompted the cashier to repair to the back room whereupon he called him manager. A three or four minute discussion in what I believe was conversational Urdu ensued, after which the refund emanated. Instead of receiving a full $7.00, however, the clerk reminded me that, because I purchased the car wash and received a gas discount, said discount would be rebated back and that I was instead entitled to ($7.00- $.82, or a) $6.18 return. No big deal, I paid these miscreants $.82 to use my money devoid a service not received. That must be the SOP in Lehore. This entire transaction, although involving an immaterial dollar amount, was mis-handled and customer service was non-existent. The manager, hellbent on keeping my $7.00, should have been as equally fastidious about checking the accuracy of the messages generated from the gas pump. Why advertise car washes from a dysfunctional facility? Perhaps the pump DID advise of this fact, but only in Urdu which, unfortunately, I did not opt for when choosing my most recent Berlitz online course. I'll be sure not to return, and will admonish my Uncle Gulshan, he with 15 dromedaries and a fecund neighbor from Karachi, never to darken the doorstep of this place. There is a Shell station right across the street which I much prefer anyway and which, as has always been the case prior to the described incident, I've always used anyway.

this gas station has a new policy or it could be the guy behind the counter who likes to steal money. guys name is sheikh i think. do not buy tobacco products from here there new policy is you have to pay cash for it. i have been going here to buy my cigarette carton every 10 days and paid with my credit card and all of a sudden now it is cash only. hmmm guy said this had been a policy for 5+ years. and if you want to buy cigarettes then you will have to pay cash. this guy is trying to steal or do some shaddy stuff. it could be they have fake currency and they want to get rid off them. but i would recommend not gong here.

Caught defrauding the public today refusing to honor the price per gallon with ultimate car wash. I have my receipt and the picture of the sign with price per gallon. Filing complaints with the State and Feds today.

This is a medium sized BP gas station and convenience store. They have a large walk in cooler for beer and a large section of hard liquors. They have the average products for sale and a lot kf bays for pumping gasoline. The location is convenient to get in and out.

This location is actually a Shell station now, but the have a relationship with the Citgo gas station about a 1/2 mile North on Rt.45 where you can get your car washed. This car wash is by far one of the best around for an automatic car wash. All new cloth cleaning devices, under car wash, wheel cleaning, etc... The guys that work here are the greatest as well. Always a smile and top quality care! I've been going here for years now and will continue to as it's just that great.
