Thank you for being kind, the truth is that when you open the account they seize you 600 dollars. Either 309 or 400 do not comply, rather a pure lie, I have been 6 months old and they gave me nothing, just a lie, open BMO, I do not recommend, it does not comply, they promise a deposit ??

I had a great experience here, the teller Ang, was really helpful and very polite.. and able to get everything done I needed. No pushy sales pitches or aggressive spending tips. It's busy Sat. Morning, so plan accordingly!

A few weeks ago we stopped in this Harris Branch to have papers notarized after my husband who was the executor of his father's estate could not get in a safety deposit box at the Chase Bank in Gurnee. Robert Muise, bank manager, put us in touch with a wonderful lawyer who talked us through the situation. We came to find out what Chase was doing was illegal. At the end of the discussion there was no charge. We had never met Robert before, had no accounts with Harris and he still treated us like family. We enjoyed our brief experience here and rejoiced in knowing there are positive experiences that can come out of happenstance.

Great customer service at this particular branch. My overall experience with BMO Harris has been amazing. I recently miscalculated monies coming in/going out and ended up with a $36 penalty on one of my accounts. Fortunately for me, a $36 fee is not the end of the world… but it did leave a really bad taste in my mouth(especially with the current interest rates). I had chalked it up as a lesson learned(use a calculator next time ?). I remember talking with my mom that morning, and she could tell from my voice that I was in a bad mood. I remember her telling me, “oh, just give Harris a call.” I called and spoke to a BMO Harris rep, and that $36 fee was reversed with very little effort. The miscalculation was 100% my fault, Harris Bank didn’t have to reverse the fee… but they did. I’m happy to know my loyalty to this bank over the last decade was valued and reciprocated.

Be little careful when you’re opening a bank account here, if the banker is not paying attention they will throw you in mess with too many mistakes. Inquire as many details as you can when opening account because the bankers really do not know the stuff; they will not apologize if they don’t know.

Finally found a bank that has great customer service and is knowledgeable on all aspects of my banking needs as well as very reasonable rates. Manager Robert is outstanding!

Service is horrible. They won’t let you go in the lobby. The tellers are not trained well enough to handle the more complicated transaction. The manager talks you to death and thinks that’s service. Terrible experience.

This BMO Harris Bank branch is horribly managed. I have experienced repeated fee errors that require visiting the bank to resolve. In the last error, the branch manager insisted that I open an additional personal account or he could not give me the bank error refund. A ridiculous requirement. Also, after being able to cash personal check for years based on my business accounts I was informed they had a new policy and could cash a personal checks.I have moved all accounts. Banking should be frictionless....this one is awful. On the positive side, the bank tellers and staff are quite personable.
