Zero communication. Didn’t respond to my emails and didn’t return my phone calls. As soon as I called from a different phone number he picked up the phone. I had to call state farm customer service number in order to get my refund.

I had a claim that needed consultation from Anthony and have left (2) voice mails, text and emails over the past 24 hours with zero response. Totally unacceptable for an agent and his agency.

Zero stars! This is the most unprofessional service person I have ever worked with. He does not return any phone calls or requests (over a 2+ year period) We have had multiple people in our family have to switch agents because of his ineffectiveness, laziness and non responses. If you choose to use him as an agent and have any issues, be prepared !

Switched State Farm Agents after 9 years and not a single conversation with the agent. As a final test I left a message and asked Mr. Fiorelli to call me on a specific day. After not receiving a call for three days later I called and let the office staff know I would switch. Never received a review of insurance requirements. Felt taken advantage of.

The staff are always professional and helpful. The team has helped me with several questions and they are always committed to seeing things through. I would recommend contacting this State Farm office if you're looking for a new policy!

I am so happy with the ultra professional service Cori of Anthony Fiorelli ( State Farm Insurance ) offered me when I asked for a life insurance. I am impressed. If you need any insurance: for your car, for you house, life, “liability, etc I am sure Cori will assist you beautifully. She is such an amazing professional .
