The office staff are friendly but do not care for delivery service. We have post office app and we do not receive the mail as suppose. It reports we have mail coming for that day and we do not receive it. I have also had mail returned to sender that was not supposed to be.

Allowed somebody else to retrieve my mail without asking for an I.D. or contacting me first. They made off with an $80 book. The woman working up there has no care in the world. Shegave me the ole “ya win some, ya lose some” attitude.

Friendly staff at Mount Sterling, IL location.I do not agree with, nor like Postmaster General Louis DeJoy and his handling of the US Postal Service, however.Locally, staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
