I love this car wash but I do feel like the automatic wash should soap twice and have a spot-free rinse. Maybe even a tire shine installed. Most important for me though is the close access on my side of the town and the staff that keeps it going.

I used my credit card once and they charged me $10 for a $4 car wash (I used the hand wash). I tried to call and correct it but it was never fixed. The charge stayed on my account and never switched to the correct amount. I know they do a $10 preapproval with cards but this visit they charged me the whole amount. When I called to correct ths problem, the lady never helped make it right, so I always use cash when I use their services. I think this has probably screwed many unsuspecting people over.

Once again vacuum took my money but didn't work. Money was caught inside. No number to call to request refund. This has happened before with the vacuum and carwash bays. Auto wash is cheaper across town and there's free vacuuming. Won't be going back took my money for the last time

Their automatic car wash in Marion, Main Street location damaged my vehicle. I spoke with corporate, after they reviewed their cameras i was told to have my insurance company contact their insurance company. After my insurance company having to call 6 times and leave voice messages they were finally able to get ahold of them only to be told they do not accept responsibility and will not be coving damages.

Just went to wooly wash for the first time since moving to town. They were so kind and after we used the automatic car wash the man working went as far as to spray off a few remaining stubborn bugs on the windshield. I’ve never experienced such quality service at a car wash before. It really made my day.
