Ari and Gary Were extremely polite, professional and courteous and helped me so much, an elderly woman who is totally disabled. I could not of done it without them. They are real assets to your company! This is the Mt. Vernon Illinois store.

My grandson was in Mt. Vernon Walmart with his grandfather on the evening of 12/27/21 spending some of his Christmas $$$ and purchased 2 protein drink mixes adding up to almost $40.00, with other items being purchased as well. When arriving home he noticed that he didn't have either of the protein mix. We called the store to see if he had left a bag at the register, he had and I was told that it was at customer service and I could pick it up. A few days later I had drove 30 min. to Mt. Vernon to pick the items up. I was told that yes, it was logged in but they couldn't find where the items had been placed. A picture of my receipt was taken and sent to a manager who was suppose to call me. It is now 1/10/22 and still no phone call. A 30 minute drive for this BS...it was logged in that the items were left there, so why were they not given to me that day?!? I have called numerous times to different departments with no answer at all! Does anyone work at Mt. Vernon Walmart?!? Do you not know how to answer a phone for God's sake?!? This customer wants some answers of why we can't get what we purchased!! Very dissatisfied is an understatement!!

There auto center is a joke... They claimed they couldn't change the oil in my car cause it's a 2013 Chevy spark.... Even though I've been able to in the past I just had to buy an oil filter cause they didn't carry ones for my car... When did they change that policy?! How could they not find what oil my car takes doesn't say on one of the caps?

I trued to get a oil change , but they aren't doing them now couldn't put something on the door ! They are leaving people in the store without masks . Selling frozen fruit knowing you can't take it back, then the man at check out couldn't understand him he wouldn't take to you just stood there until you said something to him . The other day we were there and at check out the kid was putting dog food in with people food he said that was no big deal this will be the last time I go there !

OPEN MORE REGISTERS!!! There are 2 registers open and multiple employees walking around! What's the point in having more than 2 registers if you're not going to use them???

I'm a 20 Year Army Veteran. Employees were laughably trying to power trip, lol. A Walmart employee tries to school a soldier on the rules, lmao! I went to get a basket ball, some chigger bite remedy for my nephew and a pair of work jeans for my self. As I was in the sporting goods isle I noticed that most of the basketballs were flat so i took one off the shelf that looked like it had air in it and bounced it on the floor to check it before I bought. Next thing I know someone yells loudly from another isle "No Bouncing the ball in the store". Which irritates me a little, so I walk calmly to the other isle with a flat ball from the shelf. I say "Lady, you're trying to give me shit and I'm giving it right back, how am I supposed to know which balls are good ?" She tells me that all of the balls are good and to not bounce them. So I show her the flat ball in my hand and throw it by her feet" so this is good?" as the flat ball thuds at her feet without bouncing,I look her dead in the eye and I say "Don't even try to bullshit me, I'm not a liberal, that ball is flat" as I turn and walk away to go back to shopping I hear from behind the isle" it's a rule at Walmart" I say back"go ahead and try to piss off shoppers, people like you are part of the reason Walmart is slowly closing, quit trying to take out your stress on shoppers." I walk a few isles and go back to my smiling self and say "how are you?" to another employee and she ignores me, so I think for a second, I can get any of these items somewhere else without being treated Juvenile or disrespected, so I pushed my cart next to the rude employee and left the items in it and walked out of the store. I bought all of the same items less than 600 feet away at Dollar tree and saved $15 and didn't have to put up with rude ,liberal, employees. I fought for our freedom and our country and I won't put up with these type of people in MY home town. If I have this happen again I'll ride their ass until they are fired. So Boys and Girls if you made it this far, thank you and Give these Liberals HELL!!!

I really like to know how ignorant and damn you can be packing this onto shelf. It's supposed to be today potato's wedges... I guess you need to open the bag before you buy in this Walmart.

Once again, different store and yet a bunch of BS. A glaring reminder why I despise Walmart. So here, not only is it overcrowded but filthy nasty starting from the gross parking lot. I hate a nasty parking lot. Inside was no reprieve of course. They had a small amount of vegan options as expected, no surprise there. But for some reason many things were out of stock with notes saying they were out of stock. Nothing was "in the back" as an employee told me after referring to my vegan option as "junk". I'm not sure what was meant by that comment but that was rude. They were also out of meats such as chicken and chicken fingers that I saw. We quickly finished up the trip buying about four things to be done with the hell hole that is Walmart.

I just had to comment about the previous post that said RVers were not welcome. There were two of the four entrances to the Walmart that were completely open to big rigs. We are here this evening with six or eight other RVers in the parking lot. Everything in the store was fine also. We almost went down the road to another walmart because of a bad post!! Very pleased!

Doesn't want big rigs parking in their lot! They have short goal posts at the entrances so we can't even go there - not to shop or stay overnight I've been a loyal walmart shopper for many year but will now switch over to a better more quality store like target going forward. Walmart not friendly to rv-ers so they won't get our $$ any longer!!!

First, I hate the set up of the store after remodeling. It's so confusing how everything is organized and I feel like I need a map to find what I need. I came to return some things and the customer service was absolutely terrible. Not only did the staff member have an attitude with me but started making some really condescending remarks towards me! Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional behavior. Wal-Mart, you seriously need to train your staff better because the way that lady treated me was completely unacceptable! Work on your customer service!

I had a very short list as I stopped in this Wal-Mart. I knew that they had a "Superman" tshirt and since I was headed to the Superman Statue in Metropolis, I needed it for the inevitable Facebook profile picture. It was a very quick in-and-out visit. I found what I needed easily and the cashier who rang me up was most pleasant. This is a Supercenter Wal-Mart, meaning that it has a full grocery section. There is also a Tire and Lube, Photo Center and Vision Center. Plenty of parking.
