“I purchased new tires at Wes Roger's Tire several months back. About a week later, I ran over a bolt somewhere and my tire went flat on the Interstate. I took it to Wes's and it was fixed under warranty and they put it back on my vehicle for me, no charge. This past week I ran over some kind of thick gauged twisted wire, similar to that in a chain linked fence, with both ends in the same tire they fixed before. They told me it was still under warranty and they would fix the tire. Upon further inspection, they discovered the tire was irreparable and had to be replaced. They ordered and replaced my tire free of charge under warranty, no questions asked! The staff is always great there. They really value their customers. I will never go anywhere else for tire service again in Mt. Vernon!”
“We shredded a tire on I57 and limped to Purcell on the donut spare. Sadly they didn't have a tire to fit (and neither did anyone else in town - it's an uncommon size). They were genuinely concerned about our default plan to limp into Effingham on our donut spare and they took the time on what was clearly a no-sale customer to track down an obscure store that had it, much closer to Mt Vernon. Thanks to their efforts we were able to safely get a new tire and be on our way. Just wish we could have given them our business!”

“Came into the Mt. Vernon shop with a low tire light and knowledge that one tire wasn't holding air like it should. They took a look at our tires and found a screw in one of them. Even though they were super busy, we came back an hour later like we were told to and they got us taken care of. Repaired our tire at a reasonable price, stayed after closing time to get the job done and was pleasant to talk to. Great establishment with a great attitude of putting their customers first.”
