We travel in an RV full time and I find a new laundry nearly every week. This is one of the better ones we've seen. The machines were all functioning, a variety of sizes up to big loads for comforters, etc. They worked well and at a tolerable price. The place was kept very clean and when it got busy the attendant was sure to go around and make sure debris that dropped to the floor was cleaned up. And one real plus was a good functioning bathroom for patrons, I hate when they lock you out of a restroom and you have to see the attendant or go find a public bathroom someplace.

Haven’t been to a laundry mat in years , visited yours today the attendant working was very helpful and nice I think her name was Jackie .

Although the self storage facility is clean & secure, the car wash is the worst in Mt. Vernon. Putting money into any machine there is a bit like gambling, except you will never win. The best you can hope for is to not lose your quarters in a malfunctioning vacuum or wash bay. Poorly maintained equipment and a belligerent employee combine to provide a horrible experience. Don't try to wash your mowers, dirt bikes, ATVs, etc. there. They have posted signs prohibiting washing these items, and they will call the police if they see you doing so. I witnessed this myself, and was surprised by the employee's unbelievably rude, unreasonable and confrontational reaction towards the customer while waiting for the Police to arrive. I now drive all the way across town in order to avoid this location. Why is the Veteran's location so much better than the George Street location?! Who is the Maniac desperately trying to run your customers away?!

Every time I come here the machines are always taking my money whether it be the vacuum, car wash or the product dispenser. I don’t recommend coming here.

Great laundry service, i took in a storage container load of laundry and they had it done the next day! great prices, wonderful employees, and amazing facilities!

Last load in at 6pm...bogus for working people. Attendant is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you come in at 5, you get glared at the entire time. Place smells, dryers barely work. Went to Bustin’ Suds yesterday and had the best dang laundry experience of my life. Let’s just say Soapy Joe’s has now lost a customer...and I’m not the only one.

Just heard you guys bought the lot in front of the new laundromat that has faster/newer machines and better hours(Bustin’ Suds, the machines are fast and the staff rocks!). you bought the lot to block the view. No worries, we’ll help them promote so your sorry crap laundromat goes out of business. You lost me completely and others. Good job, doofuses.

Been there several times. The attendant clearly has no personality, as stated, but it’s clean and all the machines work. I had a magazine walk off, so keep your stuff close so nothing valuable disappears.
