I’ve been going here for a few years, has pretty much everything you need, would be nice if the owner gave it a little more care but other than that It’s a good gym for the price and I will continue going

Everything you need. No frills, but I don't pay for fluff or pretty. If you want space, more equipment than you could ever need, and easy 24hr access, this is your place.

Great gym! Lots of space! Has all the equipment you need to get the job done. Seems like every few months more equipment is getting brought in iv been coming here for 2 years now and I have had no issues! Anytime iv needed anything I can call Ryan and he is very helpful!

Mt Vernon Fitness is a wonderful local gym. I work out there multiple times a week. There's a wide variety of equipment and the staff and other members are very friendly. All in all it's a great experience.

I dont go to this place to look at pretty equipment and if you do, i feel sorry for you. I go to lift the weight. You're either a warrior or you're not. Be strong when you are weak. Be Brave when you are scared. Be humble when you are victorious. This gym will help you reach your goals.

Owners are rude, the lady at the desk is always nice. But the equipment is of poor quality as well as the facility. I changed to King City Fitness and it is cheaper with way better quality.

I Don't know how this place is open... open electrical receptacles everywhere.. Fire exits blocked... Broken equipment, Jimmy rigged machines...weights everywhere, he takes stuff all the time to Nashville location and leaves empty spots for the curl bars (can't change weights on these)... the owner can't even put batteries in remotes where the cardio equipment is... and let's not talk about the broken clock that's been gone for 8 months... a print out of a clock someone put in place of the real one for Inspiration for him to fix it... 8 months later it's not... 30 a month for what again?

The Owner of Mount Vernon Fitness is Beyond rude and Disrespectful. I have family members and friends who no longer attend due to the disrespect and discrimination primarily aimed towards Black Male Patrons. As an owner of small business you should value ALL of your customers and not belittle and berate them. My family and I will be filing formal complaint with the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce.
