I have to say that the pharmacist and his staff and her staff are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met in a pharmacy. They always explain my medicines to me every time I go pick them up and I greatly appreciate that these days and times it’s hard to find good people to work, and these people at this Kroger pharmacy are the greatest people ever, I live in Terre Haute Indiana and I wish that our Kroger pharmacy staff was half as friendly as these people are thank you for being so kind to me every time I come in it’s such a joy to come in and pick up my prescriptions from you

i've been dealing with this pharmacy for years now, but i've finally reached the limit of my patience with them :/ the staff is almost always incredibly rude, my prescriptions are never ready when they're supposed to be, or when they are ready, they're being auto-filled two weeks before i need them (the pharmacy tried to claim today that i have no prescriptions set to be auto-filled, but i'm not calling them in, so yes, they're being auto-filled without my request lmao) and by the time i'm ready to go pick up my prescriptions, they've been put back on the shelf due to the techs filling them too early, so i have to wait even longer for them to fill them again.i could go in and on, but i'll spare you the misery and just say:don't waste your time, just go to medicine shoppe or cvs instead.

Every single employee at this pharmacy goes above and beyond for me and my family. I have been going there for years. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Thank you to all of the Kroger pharmacy staff.

I love going grocery shopping here! Everything is always well stocked and clean. Their produce selection is quite good and generally fresh and well-priced. They have great weekly sales of items we typically buy, a great bakery. I really appreciate this Kroger. Cashiers are always polite and they greet you nicely all the time during checkout. I also like the fast checkout service in this store. They are all happy to be there and willing to help. I'm not sure how their training differs from other locations, but they are setting a high standard. I will shop here again with that type of customer service.

I don't understand how a pharmacy can be closed on Sunday? How is someone supposed to take their medications as prescribed when they can only get prescriptions filled 6 days a week? Never had this problem before, but it has become a big issue.

They won't fill your prescription if it's simply called in by your doctor. They won't fill it if you call and ask if its ready yet (even though it was called in 2 days ago). They won't fill it even though they told you on the phone you can come pick it up at a specific time and day. You will still get there and they'll give you a reason why its not done and ask you to come back x amount of days later. And they are not polite about it. This has happened not once, not twice, not 3 times, not even 4 times. Today was the 5th time this has happened and I'm finally done.

very rude! the way my pharmacist talked to me today was snarky and uncalled for! kelsie….you definitely need to work on the attitude too. there are right and wrong ways to talk to your customers and today you were in the wrong. very slow and need to either get it together and get some better pharmacists to treat your customers or close up!
