My better half, likes to shop here. They have several clothing items she likes for herself and the grandkids. Their restrooms are always so clean. I do a little shopping for myself here. Seem to have nice quality clothing for the price. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I think the Kohls stores are overpriced. They run schemes to try to keep people coming back. My wife likes checking out the sales and clearances so we go there occasionally. In my opinion, there are a lot of better choices.

The customer service at this Khols is so bad. Employees are rued and condescending. No one greats you when you walk in. Can be in the store for a hr and not one employee speeks to you. Even rude on phone calls. I recommend shopping anywhere but the Mt Vernon Khols.
