I did a 1-week pass here while in the area visiting family and had a very positive experience. The gym was clean and well equipped, friendly environment, responsive owner. I will definitely be back when I come back in town.

Incredible Facility, the owner is so hospitable and helpful! Everything you would need from powerlifting to CrossFit and everything in between!

King City is my favorite gym in the area! Not only is it affordable, but the equipment is excellent and the other patrons are very kind and welcoming. I have taken several group classes here and the instructors are very knowledgeable and take great care of their guests.

Welcome to a locally owned gym right here in Mount Vernon, Illinois. We are an All-Access facility offering Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Strength and Conditioning, Group Strength training, and Personal Training. We are 24/7 member access and no contracts. We are a family-focused gym with a kids playroom available so that your little ones can join you as well!
