Terrible customer service with self check out employees . For their old age you would think they would have manners . Getting treated like a decent human being doesn’t exist anymore

Store has a lot to offer but not fond of self check employee. Had a pushy attitude an after we left store an was in vehicle this same employee came running out yelling at us to come back and finish paying. This being done in front of customers that was ither coming in or coming out of store. I returned to the store embarrassed to correct the issue with receipt in hand. Get all the way to manager or I assume was a manager, just to be told wrong person. No apologies what so ever from employee or manager.Being called a theif dosnt sit well with me.

This is the 15th time (at least) that I have gone in to $ Tree for a gift bag for a baby shower. I needed a large. There were 2 small left. Took those, but unhappy! I always tend to shop in Salem or Centralia as Mt. Vernon's is always out of wedding bags and baby shower! So frustrating. I will stock up elsewhere.

Fun place to shop, lots to look at. Store is dirty. Please put a cashier in place. I don’t want to self check out. If something doesn’t ring up then you can’t buy it. Ridiculous to expect customers to work to purchase from you

Our cashier in mt vernon il put ourLight blubs in the bottom of our bag with food in the same bag and thenGave us an dirty looks and just all around rude because we wanted to make sure that the light bulbs weren't broken because we had food in that bag
