Very poor customer service."Bev" was very rude almost from start to finish after I explained why I was there. The sheer amount of aditude I received was uncalled for and she was very unhelpful in offering ANY sort of solution.

This pharmacy is the absolute best of ANY I have used in my life. Also, their medical supply facility is 5 stars. They have anything you could think of to meet your home care needs. Just as a "perk" they have a great selection of Vera Bradley items & choices of scrubs! I highly recommend B-W...locally owned & great customer service! Thank you!

Amazing customer service! The young women that helped me searched thoroughly for my size in shoes and found the last pair! As well as found me a cute pair of scrubs on clearance!! Overall great experience!

We called on New Years Eve and they returned our call that day and said they would get in touch with us on Monday after New Years and true to their word they called and were here Monday afternoon to put a ramp in for my husband that was going to need one and was going to be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday. I recommend Byrd - Watson

My husband has been having so much trouble finding a BiPap mask that fits him. Our insurance has been dragging their feet on payment. Yet we have never gotten anything less than excellent, compassionate, and friendly care and service from Byrd-Watson. We will not go anywhere else.

Ordered scrubs in October, didn't receive the right pair until December. They were on back order, then they got the wrong size. They were helpful and apologetic for the delays though. They even discounted the scrubs. However, I don't think I'll take my business there for a while now. If you need scrubs or any medical equipment fast, you should go on to the next store.

Love this place! They are always so friendly and helpful. I was able to change from a full-face CPAP mask to a nasal and Abby was so super helpful and so sweet. I'm sleeping so much better now. Thank you!
