“I called in around 4:30 on a Sat afternoon, stuck with a flat on the highway over 20 miles away. Roadhouse was all over it. They picked me up, got me to Service, replaced the tire on the spot, and stayed late in the day to do it. Great group. Great culture.”

From the moment I walked in I was looked after extremely well, everyone was very pleasant. I was kept well informed on the progress of my repair and was on the road again in a few hours.
I don't really want to break down again but coming back to this dealership will take a lot of the stress away.”

“My stupid car battery decided to die while on a road trip and I stopped at the nearest auto parts store after getting a jump and that was this Napa. The guys were SO NICE and SO HELPFUL. They couldn’t install the new battery because I have a VW and it’s extra… but they called around and found the nearest shop that could do it for me. Which I greatly appreciated. 10/10”

“I try to make it a habit of letting people know when I receive exceptional service. My Jeep recently had an electrical failure on the highway at 8:30 on a Sunday night - while towing 3 tons of lumber. I managed to limp in without lights, and with a battery so low that the engine could only run at fairly high speeds. An employee helped me diagnose a bad alternator. This store did not have the alternator for my Jeep in stock, but helped me locate it at the neighboring alternative brand store. An employee then personally lent me the tools to fix the Jeep, and then gave me a jump to get me on my way again. They saved my day. Thanks.”
“I had a big dent in the side of my car and I was driving to Florida. I didn't want to put the car in for a long time and the guy just pulled the dent for me really quick. Nice guy, helped me out super quick.”

“Stopped through here while out riding my bike and needed my handlebars tightened. Guy working the garage was super understanding and used an Alan wrench to tighten the bolts on my handlebars.
