I just got item from them they don’t need the return $27 losts. Cashier. It totally don’t know what they do sending people to each other. I spent 30 minutes to return it and I didn’t… Walgreens rewards. It’s not working I was using that for buying and reverse every single time, and when I try to return today, my items was not in there least of Walgreens rewards.. so their system not working also

The pharmacy is terrible. No manners, poor communication and they just act like they don’t want to be there. If you don’t like it leave, stop making people feel like they’re a burden to you.

This place sucks! Made an appointment at 1:45pm & for some reason I’m still waiting! And it’s already 2:30pm. I decided to walk out. Last thing it wasn’t even busy… these people are lazy and unprofessional.

Always amazing experience, especially when able to be helped by someone name Margaret. She always goes above and beyond to help both me and my family whenever there are any issues with my insurance. Quite quite frankly, drive out of my way to come to this, Walgreens, but worth it. Big thanks to her since she is the main reason that both myself and my family come to this specific pharmacy.

We have been coming to this walgreens for years, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Starting with Margaret who is the most caring and passionate individual and is always willing to bend over backwards to make sure the patient is assisted with care and quality. This location is always extremely busy but she will always find time to help. I live about 20 miles away and trust me when i say this, this location is worth the drive. I don’t understand the negative reviews, but i can say they are definitely inaccurate. Get a a life Karen!!! People have different insurance companies and medications and when a medication becomes expensive, they will take it out on the pharmacy, not the insurance. Bring positivity back to your lives people. This walgreens pharmacy is by far the best and most experienced and passionate about all the people they serve.

Pharmacist by the name of Margaret needs to be removed from Walgreens (period) I have never ever been more disrespected in my life. As a patient and a customer of walgreens for years, if people such as her continue working here, I will move my business elsewhere. She has some sort of agenda but for sure it's not helping patients in any way. She makes our life more difficult and stressful. Walgreens needs to handle this so people don't have encounters with her! Horrible experience!

We go to this pharmacy because it is close - bad idea. We could not get a prescription refilled for pain management for my wife post surgery. I got there and was told "it's out of stock". When asked why we weren't told this after getting the message that it was ready for pickup, we were told "the system should have notified you". Well, it didn't. My wife's surgeon said "Don't ever go to Walgreen's they suck." She needed a higher dose of a pain medication, but they had the lower does in stock. I asked if we could at least get the lower dose then. They didn't understand because it wasn't prescribed. The surgeon said they should have had no problem doing that, but that's typical of Walgreens and CVS. I really wish Keefer's was in network, we have had great service from them for all of our pet prescriptions, but BCBS has us stuck dealing with the bigger and more expensive pharmacies. We have had other issues with this store in the past and this was just the icing on the cake. I'm sure I could find fentanyl in just about any neighborhood illegally, but heavens forbid, you can actually get legal prescriptions because of "supply chain issues". Maybe lets ask the Mexican cartels how they are so good at sourcing product but drug companies can't... It's amazing what a 3rd world crap hole our country has become in the last 3 yrs. Keep pushing clot shots and push for people to be boosted 6x over with an experimental injection - we can source that, but pills that are actually necessary - forget those...

They helped to inform me about my medication where my dermatologist had lacked in knowledge. I am very glad they were able to educate me on it. I never have had to wait long for my medications for pickup and they are kind.

One of the pharmacists I’ve dealt with there was so incredibly difficult to work with. The covid test swab came broken in the bag so I requested a new one. You’re supposed to break off the part your bare hands touched once the swab is in the tube to avoid cross contamination.I had to explain why I was asking for another to her multiple times because she refused to provide an unbroken swab despite asking politely several times. Yikes.
