Went to Verizon, Rand Rd in Mt Prospect. Received Excellent Service from a guy named Kaylin who was in training. I had a big problem with Google and my phone. It took 3 hours that's how difficult it was, but he was able to solve the problem. Thank you!

In a day and age where life moves so swiftly, and the world exchanges humanity with robotic transactions ... excellent customer CARE is almost a thing of the past. EMILY Sellars from my neighborhood Verizon store just renewed my faith and trust. I am a long time Verizon customer and it because I continue to experience customer satisfaction with this network provider ... but the care, patience and expertise Emily provided was exactly what I needed in my challenging situation. I can’t say enough about the service provided by Andy at this location! I have been trying to transfer my 5 business lines to Verizon and he was the one who make it happen easy and fast. He is super friendly, kind and also knowledgeable! Went through all plan and promotion details. He saved my business almost 50% compared to my actual plan and I got 2 new phones. But to be honest the reason for writing this review is his friendly and knowledgeable approach. I believe people working in the companies makes consumers prefer to work with that company. Thanks Andy!

Worst place I ever been at.They lied about everything.I bought 10 lines and they told me that price would be 38$ per line after taxes.But the price is like 70$.I brought all my friends and now everyone disappointed.Please never work with Emily salesmanager!

Dude in the suit was dismissive and completely clueless. Ignored my questions and couldn't follow simple directions. I left and went to a different location where the staff was actually helpful and we solved my problem. Avoid this place.

Emily and David are amazing. Spending over 2 hours with me figuring out the best for my family to save money. It is so refreshing bc every penny counts in this economy. They are not willing to sell me the most just so they benefit. They are absolutely looking out for their customers. So glad I picked this location to come to!

Some of the reps here are nice, but they are very shady and cannot be trusted. I've been going in circles with this store and ended up giving up. I've learned my lesson and will not be coming back.
