I showed up one afternoon not knowing I needed an appointment.
Susan stepped up and took me right away. She really took her time and made me feel comfortable (even with my ugly feet). Very knowledgeable, kind, and patient.
She had sized me perfect for my compression stockings. I can say that because by end of day when I took them off, that's when I noticed they really do work!! All those other stockings I bought online, not knowing my true size, was just a waste. You really do need to be properly sized and know the tricks to putting them on and taking them off for compression stockings to work!

Gods angels definitely work here. The customer service is amazing. Van made me feel so comfortable. They are so incredibly delightful and happy considering they look at peoples feet all day!! Poor Van had to look at mine! ??♀️ ? Will be recommending to family and friends! Thanks again.

My doctor's office recommended that I go to Van Driel's to be fitted for compression stockings. The women on the phone when I made the appointment was rude, saying she had never heard of my insurance. She reluctantly gave me an appointment when I said I would pay out of pocket. That should have told me to avoid the place, but I figured I needed the compression stockings as I had been in pain for some time. Things got worse at my appointment with my fitter, Beth. First she started asking more questions about my insurance, "I've never heard of that, what kind of insurance is it?" I smiled and didn't answer. Eventually she must have felt that a bracelet I was wearing was in the way because she took it off of me and tossed it ON THE FLOOR. I don't wear much jewelry, so that piece is meaningful to me. I would've taken it off if asked and put it in my purse or pocket but wasn't given the chance. After the appointment she admitted that she was concerned about me handling the merchandise, since I "might've put a hole in it." I'm still looking for a good YouTube video to help me with my stockings.

I have been coming here for 20 years. They are wonderful! Claudia is so nice and so helpful. The big advantage to buying compression gloves/stockings/whatever at a brick-and-mortar shop like this at that you can try on different sizes and compression grades to see what works best for you. It's also just nice to support a small business.

So thankful that this incredible place exists. Claudia is so professional and patient. I’ve been dealing with edema since an ankle surgery that has prevented the wounds from closing. My wound care referred me to Van Driel’s and I’m so very optimistic that this is the answer. Claudia took great care to try different options of wraps and I’m excited that the one I walked out with enabled me to wear my existing shoe.This is the place to go to for medical compression wraps. Don’t hesitate to put yourself in their hands. I’m so excited !

I've been dealing with edema after foot surgery which has prevented closure of the wounds. My wound care specialist referred me to Van Driel's for a compression wrap that I'd have more control of and greater comfort because my skin has been so sensitive. Claudia is a true professional and this place is the real deal. She took the time to try different styles until we found the best fitting compression. So very impressed and thankful. Don't hesitate to go here.

Claudia was wonderful. She is so very knowledgeable, thorough, professional and caring. She made sure the items I need for lymphedema were absolutely correct for myself and my abilities. I had an awful experience at another Medical Supply (Marks, who fit me in a medium and I need XL). This experience at Van Driel was just great. Susan spent time making sure my fit was perfect and what type of leg compression would work for me given my inability to wear tight clothes etc.It's been a very very long time since my husband and I have had retail/public/commercial dealings that were this easy, pleasant and professional. We are so impressed and happy to see that there still exists a place that believes in customer satisfaction. Many Thanks!

This place rules. A nurse prescribed me compression socks from here due to a DVT. I was hobbling, but as soon as I put on the compression socks, I could walk almost back to normal. Claudia was so cool, and spent a lot of time with me helping me find the right fit and learning to put on my garments. I thought the experience would be uncomfortable and boring, but I was wrong. Claudia literally made trying on medical compression socks FUN! I highly recommend this place, and I will certainly be back when I need more socks. This is what all businesses should be like.
