The WORSE experience... let me say this again.. THE WORSE! The arrogance from two people whose job is tenuous at best. Today is June 26, 2024.. about 12 noon..two Asian employees.. one male and one female. Neither one could care less about greeting patrons. I guess their job is to look indifferent and irritated that somebody needed to mail a package.. Did I mention it was THE WORSE! If the government wants reasons for why the post office is doing so badly they don't need to search far... Go to the Mt Prospect iL post office! They so SUCK!

Asian man I believe his name is Paul due to reading the rest of the reviews… this man needs to be fired! He’s so rude and arrogant and I think it time for him to retire! I came to pickup a package because they failed to deliver it and he was just yelling at me about a tracking number and was being so rude, hopefully I never have to come back!

The worst customer service ever . We were waiting for 1 hour in a line and then this clerk Paul told us to wait outside he didn’t explain us what we have to do . We wanted to pick up our package . When we came back to ask what we have to do he was so rude to us .
Hope we will never deal with this postal service

Definitely understaffed with one clerk at the counter during peak hour, but the clerk available was very kind, patient, and gave great service to every customer while I was there.

Bad service, it took me an hour and a half in line and I was served by a Korean man who is very arrogant and rude and wanted to punch him in the face and that's how it is with all people. I don't know why they didn't fire him from there, people. If you don't like your job, look for something you like even if it pays you less, you have to be happy.

Horrible customer service!!! There is one very rude clerk named Paul. He yells at the customers, and he doesn't want to answer the questions or explain the available service. He has very bad manners, always gives attitude to others, calls names at people. He shouldn't work in a public place if he doesn't know how to work with people or how to control his anger. Management should do something about it because this is not the first time i have experienced such an unacceptable behavior or witnessed it towards other customers.

Not only is there typically only one person on duty during peak hours, but their demeanor is exceptionally impolite. Furthermore, they speak loudly, exposing personal and private information to everyone nearby, and their performance is consistently subpar. A recent incident involved the mailing of a letter via Priority Mail Express International, costing $75, intended for a European country but erroneously delivered to Honduras due to incorrect data entry. People that work at this location just don’t care about the damage they are causing. USPS you can do better.
