I spoke only with Darlene H. the owner numerous times over a week with no results. It began day 2 when I wanted to review the papers without signing yet since I knew nothing about the company. Her computer died and couldn't send me the transporters info. Over the following week she called me daily ranting over her old computer needing updated and her computer man not coming so she couldn't send me anything yet. I told her I could not continue to wait and needed to have our car moved. She said she would have Arnold the owner at SDR Group auto movers out of Lombard call me and email what I wanted. He called and proceeded to ask my to and from addresses which I said no to at that point. I told him I wanted to read the company info first. He said ""WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME SENDING YOU PAPERS YOU WON'T SIGN?" I told him 'WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME USING A COMPANY LIKE HIS IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS?" I hung up then and called Arlene leaving her a message of what happened and that I would not use him. She never called me back and I called 4 times over 2 days so I know I was ignored. Stay away from both companies.
