I had a very bad experience in this place. There was a short woman working there named Dominic, according to what she said. She treated me harshly and tore up the mail envelope. She was very racist towards me and expelled me from the store. I do not recommend this place as long as this cruel woman works there. I will contact the manager of this place and explain to him what happened. She is there. Cameras are there and can confirm what I said and what you did to me .. Today was Sunday 06/15/24 when I arrived at 4:45pm …

Perfect, superior packaging. Didn’t skimp on materials. Seamless delivery. ON TIME DELIVERY!!!! I cannot stress that enough, being on time. In addition, the staff at store 3057 was super helpful in answering my questions. I spoke with Renee. She was the actual person that did the packing. This was all done over the phone as I never met them in person. They received my item directly from the seller I dealt with. This is a wonderful store to deal with!

Horrible customer service. They want to collect the money for receiving packages but require that you are doing their job by scanning your own packages. Why pay to come here if I have to do it all. Took my packages and headed to a store that would help me.

When you call you can't talk to a live person. The message says all staff are notary certified. This is false. If you could get someone on the phone then maybe you could get some help. But showed up because the recording says you can but it's a waste of a trip.

I’ve been into this store only a few times, but each time I’ve gotten in and out quickly and without a problem. The staff there is great! Quick and efficient. Most recently, Atari, the employee who assisted me, she was so wonderful and helpful. She assisted me with printing labels and finding old thrown out boxes that I could use to complete my returns. She definitely saved me a second trip to the store and a lot of hassle. She is definitely a lovely woman. Thank you so much to Atari! Great customer service and I hope she and everyone reads this. I told her I’d write a review and I’m sticking to my word. -Matt????

Clearly there’s a reason there’s this many 1 stars… I shipped a package from here and it was lost in transit. I was told through the automated system to contact the store I shipped from. The manager said he filed a claim. It’s been over a week so I called to follow up this am when a gentleman told me that the manager would call me today. They’re closing shortly so I called when a VERY rude woman answered and I asked if the manager was in she said no he’s not in today..I said so why was I told he would call me. She said she doesn’t know. I said don’t you see that as an issue .. she said no not really they run five stores and we leave a note but sometimes they forget.They forget? I said you should develop a better system because that’s not my problem. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me because she said I was being “feisty” for asking questions…. I told her I’d be following up with corporate and her manager and I AM. Literally insane that she tried to justify “he forgot” / “he runs five stores” as an excuse.
