Looking for homeowners insurance. Received a quote, but no one could explain the quote results. Talked with Tim Radigan, he couldn't even explain the quote results. Very poor customer service.

"That's not our policy" I enrolled in 2016 with this office A ticket from 2014 made my rates higher. It is now 2019 and the current policy will not adjust that there have been no accidents or tickets. Why won't you adjust it?" Because that's not our policy. The original policy written is final" So write a new policy "We don't do that it's not our policy"If you want to pay really high rates on your insurance and deal with rude people look no further.
