I had to leave the store because I couldn't have a pleasant shopping experience with the lady from the main dressing room who was literally harassing me and other customers.
She told me one time, almost yelled at me that "THIS SHOES DOSEN'T BELONG HERE."
I told them this is where I took them from. And trunsout that I was right.
After that, she didn't like that there was a probing chair in front of the dressing room and ask another colleague to move the chair because quote: "I don't want any nasty customer to hangaround on the chair".
I was waiting for the dressing room, and she kept pointing out that quote: "I want all the items on the hanger as they were."
I've been shopping in Ross for many years. This is my first time when I encounter such a nasty attitude from an employee.
This lady was old with short hair and a strong voice.

Good selection of clothes for men,women and kids

Not the best selection of roses I've seen, but not bare bones either.
I know Ross invention pretty much changes daily so no complaints on that end, although we didn't find but one of the 5 things we specifically came in for.
We left and did have to return to the register immediately because of a security tag that wasn't removed and luckily made noise directly from the tag, not the stores exit area, so we quickly noticed. Luckily it wasn't a traditional security tag and we only had to go directly back in, not make a separate special return trip for an employees oversight

This particular Ross was so very unorganized and dirty. It looked like a second-hand store with higher prices.

All the staff is disrespectful and they are only watching what you are going to buy and if they do not tell you not to touch it and also when you go to measure your clothes they look at you that you are waiting to enter the dressing rooms and they make you wait for a long time 5 minutes, and only they are wasting time observing if you regret it and do not measure your clothes, adding that they want you to order the clothes that you do not like after you have already measured them.
