Website only allows for customer communication via a strict web form and I can't post the pic they should be looking at to address the poor craftsmanship. This Dremel tool IS a Bosch product. The tool broke on its first use with the correctly welded blade. BUT, my favorite is the welding of the teeth side upside down on the oscillating blade...

I still use my Bosch 601 113 134 VS 935 (2 speed) Electronic drilland the 8-1/4" circular saw. I had Addison put a new switch on the saw some years ago. Got 3 of the 12Volt drills. Most tools within the last 3 years bought from Milwaukee have left me high and dry.

Please don't put your Bosch name on something if it's going to work 1 time, be stored in ideal conditions, and never work again. Just label it what it is, cheap imported chinesium junk, and sell it for half, so we can buy one every time we need one.

This establishment on Arthur in Arlington Heights has Just about every Faucet you can imagine. And the parts for them also! Beats Home Depot to the punch every time.

June 18, 2021The brass nozzle fell off my Gilmour tank sprayer and disappeared into tall grass, rendering the sprayer useless. I was instructed to call Robert Bosch Tool Corporation for replacement parts. Customer service took down the details and promised to ship a replacement part at no charge in 2-3 weeks. Amazing service! Thank you so much.Ian Colquhoun,Ottawa, Canada

Trying to get a hold of bosch because a problem with a tool when and how it is convenient for me, the customer. Email is convenient for me because and can send it and forget it until they get back to me. On their website, like most companies these days, if they provide you with an email, it is through a form on their website. They do not actually give you and email address. This means they are not interested in hearing from you unless you fill out their form exactly they way they want which limits how you can communicate with them. Even when I fill out their form, it doesn’t work and asks me to try again. I’ve lost patience. Unfortunately, most companies are doing the same thing. Also, on their website the chat box pop up on the side hovers around in my way, so I click on it and it says they are only available at certain times. If that is so, and you are not available now, thenget out of my way.

The saw worked good for a while. After about 10 minutes I seen a little smoke coming from the back of the saw. As soon as I seen the smoke I got the smell of burnt plastic. A few seconds around 30 it started to seized up . So I took it apart what I found was the back bearing area has a rubber bushing which it sets in. Because that failed the fan which is made from plastic spun in it housing and melted together. Sorry Bosch could of been a better design or better material.

Do NOT waste your money on the Bosch tripod (Model # BT 150); foot/shoe that holds the level is cheap plastic and broke the 2nd time we used it. China junk!

My local New Orleans Territory Manager, Nick L. , went above and beyond to help me buy a hammer drill that was new and not available locally. What a true professional and asset to the Bosch Tool Corporation. I am a loyal Bosch power tool owner for over 20 years and could not be happier with my new drill purchase. Thanks.
