More beautiful than I imagined. I ordered this beautiful flower for my girlfriend who lives in the United States. We’ve been in a long-distance relationship since last October. Ana was such a pleasure to work with! She sat down with my mom and I and made sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. Every time we spoke beyond our first meeting, she was excited and eager to help. It came out better than I ever imagined! I was complimented on the flowers constantly at my wedding. I have purchased a ton of flowers from her, I am a 62 year old man who pays her above average prices for things, but somehow I wasn't a good enough customer to use her bathroom. It's not just customer service that is dead, it's common decency. I wish her well in the future, but I will never return. I prefer to spend my money where I am treated like I have any value to a business.

Anna was so helpful and kind. We had a loss in the family a few days prior and needed a casket arrangement in less than 48 hours. Anna patiently walked through various options and assured us the flowers and colors we wanted would be available in time. The arrangement turned out beautiful. This was a difficult time and she took the stress off our shoulders with her kind and considerate service. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone looking for floral.
