I've been a customer with Polamer for over 35 years. I recently sent packages to Poland. The staff told me it would take 4-6 weeks (Morskie paczki) to be received in Poland. It ended up taking 10 weeks. I called the office three times within the hour and no one answered. I ended up driving to the location to find 3 people. One lady was sitting on her cell phone, another looking out the window, and the third sitting on the computer. They were obviously too busy to answer the phone... Mount Prospect Polamer is not helpful and does not have good customer service.

I have shipped large boxes twice a year for the past 3 years and they always arrive quickly and in-tact. The staff ALWAYS says it will take 3 months, sometimes longer (as if it's going by raft to "the old country"). My experience is 6 to 8 weeks. Low cost and they will pack things for you. Definitely the way to ship to Poland and Germany.
