I recently moved to the area and have stopped in a few times. What made me want to write a review is how great our last visit was. We stopped in for some cards and the manager or owner gave our toddler a big candy cane and talked to him about Santa. It was just really sweet and is part of what makes shopping at a non big box store special. I'll definitely be back!

I recently had some trouble with my Hallmark membership account information and am currently working with the Hallmark corporate team to resolve some membership benefit issues.The staff at Millie’s Hallmark listened to the information I provided them and they worked with me to resolve one of the recent membership benefit issues I had. They were very responsive and friendly throughout the process.

9/6/2022 I stopped by today to pick up some birthday gifts, cards, Halloween decor, and fall decor. I was greeted by the owner as soon as I entered. He asked how he could help, I told him what I needed, and he showed me the aisle where I could find my gifts. + Friendly and helpful owner + A lot of gift and card selections + Super clean store + Beautifully displayed products Highly recommended! Come on by and support your local store! I shall return!

Owner was extremely rude and defiant. I was trying to return some items I purchased yesterday and he kept saying no these are sale items and everything is non-refundable and non-returnable.He was extremely arrogant and kept saying there’s nothing he can do. I asked him for his return policy and he had the smallest sign in the stores it was practically on the ceiling. I will never shophere again! Also, his employee told me that I could return things as long as I had the receipt.

Had a lot of choices for Ornaments and was able to find some rare ones. The ladies helping me were very nice and let me roam on my own to get lost in all The great stuff! Must shop if you collect!
