The employees there who has a contract with Metro PC is not concerned about the customer at all the only concern about selling merchandise once you buy it after -250 minutes of use on the phone is not the responsibility is more Grade D

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Genuine ServiceI came into this Metro location with little research aforehand. I only knew that I wanted to upgrade my legacy mobile phone to a 5G model.Shani and Yandi walked me through which options were in stock and available immediately. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just an honest rapport to deliver quality service fast and quick whilst on my lunch break from work.Shani patiently answered all my questions intelligently with excellent eye contact to boot; a real professional. I couldn't have asked for a more succinct and positive tech experience.I left the store giddy like it was Christmas with my upgraded devices ready to go and all in well under 30 minutes.Kudos to Shani and Yandi once again for their expertise and quality customer skills! There system was down so I can't really comment on Metro by T-Mobile. The young lady who was trying to help me was very courteous and respectful. She was also new the store.

I went in over the weekend to get my phone upgraded. When i asked if they had a particular phone in stock they said no, now this didnt bother me but when I asked if they could call another metro store to see who did they refused to. They said they would have the phone in stock today. I called 2 x just to make sure they had the phone before I went over there during my lunch break. Now I already paid a deposit on the phone and was approved for the payment plan. All i would need to do would be pick up the phone and link the remaining i owed to the payment plan. I grt there and it takes them 30 minutes just to try to get my smart pay linked to the new phone. I told them I had 45 minutes I could spend there to get this phone. No one seemed to know what they were doing with their system and I ended up leaving without my new phone cause i had to go back to work. Im left with no phone since they already deactivated my current phone. And I leave out of state in less than 48 hours.Horrible service and people dont know what they are doing.
