Stefan did an ABSOLUTELY superb job on my 12-year-old Honda Pilot. It looks new! Previous reviewers have said the same thing, but it's a whole different experience when you get your car back. Thank you so much! I wish I had another car to bring in. So I guess that's up to Yelp readers. Do it, you won't regret it!

I genuinely wish I took a before picture cuz the after is absolutely phenomenal. I was told it wouldn’t be 100% but it would be a night and day difference and let me tell you the difference went above and beyond my expectations especially for the price. If you want your car detailed with care THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.

Stephan at Lotus Hand Car Wash did a phenomenal job. I had been using my Subaru Forester to carry tools and supplies for my Handyman business. As one could imagine, even after I shop vacuumed it, it still did not look good.I'm planning on selling it in the next couple of weeks, so I wanted it to look as close as I could get to new. The trunk looked much better even then he first told me.But the passenger area looked virtually BRAND NEW.This is one hard working man.

We are so impressed by the job Stefan did. Our car came back to us looking brand new. His prices are fair and the work done superior. It was a difficult job since the family dog had been riding in the car but now you'd never know it. His work definitely deserves 5 stars!

I took my black forester from the dealership straight to lotus for paint protection back in September.Stefan was helpful and explained my options in detail. I ended up getting a protection that could last up to two years (I can’t remember what it was called but it was not ceramic).Upon pickup Stefan shared knowledge on taking car of a black car, how to wash, what kind of products and what never to do (auto touch washes, I would have never known.) He also pointed out all the damage the dealership left on the paint of a brand new car, Stephan corrected it all for me.I plan to go back and get the ceramic coating around the 18 month mark.This is a 5 star business. All the negative reviews are not about the quality of the work done here.

Ok...finally have time to give Lotus this review...5 stars hands down....First I want to say Stefon(I hope I'm spelling his name right)is out right awesome...he's up front and honest....he is definitely not out to take your money...he will give suggestions as to what he feels u could benefit from then leaves u with really good options. 2nd his work is impeccable...it looks like the work of detailer from a car dealership even better if u ask me...I mean this guy did an awesome job...I wish I would have taken pics before...I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants their car to look professionally done inside and out...speakin of the outside....u know when u take ur car through the car wash and u never really notice the swirls scratches it leaves on ur car...I swear to u...he got them out...Im telling u Lotus hand car wash and detail is the best wash and detailing that I've been to...oh and by the way I'm hoping no more automatic car washes(hoping)I will try and have Lotus hand wash it from now on...anyways thanks again Stefon..see you soon.Services: Scratch removal
