Kohl's self checkout has to go away. Customers don't want to use it. The self checkout had 0 customers and the checkout with an associate was 5 deep. What does that say to management?

Not sure whose bright idea was the put returns with the checkout? The line was so long that people were literally just laying their stuff. On the floor and walking out, 1 person was on the phone so long, trying to give somebody directions to the Store That the Customer She Was Waiting on Actually Left All her Stuff and Walked out. You have people standing and waiting forever. With 3 cashiers, mainly doing returns. Why did you decide to do returns at the front counter? And inconvenience, all the people that want to shop is beyond me.

Clean, good choices of home goods. Decorations, vases. I bought a few bras . Love them. Very poor choices of women swimming wear. Dissatisfied

you cannot beat the 30% off at kohls. went to the mt prospect, il store #0177 and jennifer check me out and had to be one of the most pleasant retail workers i have ever dealt with. bravo kohls
