My Eco2 Vet Ultrasound stopped working right after the two year warranty was over. I tried calling for service and no one ever picks up the service line. I tried calling the sales number and someone did answer and took a message for Stole to call back but no one returned that call.Finally, I sent an e-mail to Stole directly and got a response. Stole forwarded it and asked Carson? to help me. But never heard from Carson or Stole again. Two more e-Mails sent and today a third asking Stole for help. Not sure what role the pandemic plays in all of this and will be happy to update this review when I finally get my lightly used ultrasound fixed.For now - buyer beware. Equipment May work great now - but service is not good. I now have an expensive piece of electronics. If someone wants to contact me we are Harris Sheep Station/ Jo Ann Harris

Very good quality Orthopedic products and more important great customer service.I got my ultrasound machine from them as well with 5 probes.
